Help missing file !! plz help

hello all

i've updated to rogers 1.6 new firm

its ok
then start downloading app's from market

i used appmanager to uninstall system app's

by mistake !! i lost mt setting app and icon
i tried and searched to the original setting.apk and just found the 1.5 version

i need help uploading by the 1.6 rogers file !!!!!!!
