My wife accidentally wiped out her favorite breeders and I bought her 241 on sale for $13.99 last night. She was going to wait until today to start buying them back and this morning we were down to 91 and had not bought one item!

Has this happened to anyone before.
I emailed the place and phone called and read forums and I've heard that when people complain, they get results and some never hear anything and have been in fact charged twice.
Any ideas on how to retrieve our missing and paid for bucks.
