I just finished watching a tutorial on where these options are located, I went to the home screen options and this one isn't even listed. How do I turn on the home screen/application looping options on my LG Stylo?

Not sure what you mean by "home screen/application looping"?
If you want to be able to continuously swipe between home screens to where when you get to the last screen it loops to the first, on Nova Launcher, it's called Infinite Scroll. Not sure about stock LG.
