Working on a tablet that is having a WiFi problem. The WiFi will not turn on. I have checked Airplane Mode, restarted the tablet, and factory restored. When I go into the advanced WiFi settings I see that there is no MAC address, this leads me to believe this is a hardware issue. Would this be a fair assumption? There should be a MAC address whether or not it is connected or even enabled (WiFi), correct?
