Help Missing "Mount" line on phone

After plugging in my phone to my PC, I tried following directions for copying files to my phone...however...after pulling the status bar down and finding the "Notifications" tab like the PDF says to do, it does NOT show the "USB connected - Mount" line that I'm supposed to "tap" to begin copying files!

Needless to say, I'm stuck here and cannot copy files till I find that command. Can anyone help, please?

My intercept has always had that issue. Might be a sammy bug.

I am a noob here but have had the same problem.... you need to change usb ports and reboot the phone .. that worked for me ...if that dont work do a factory reset on phone.
