Help Missing Phone Numbers From Recent Calls List

I can't remember if it's showed up before or not, but my dad's cellphone number no longer shows up in the Recent Calls list. This holds true regardless of whether I call him or he calls me. I haven't noticed any other missing Recent Calls, but his is probably the most important number to not miss if he tries calling me and I don't answer, and I have rebooted the phone several times since I first noticed this glitch. Is anyone else seeing a similar issue?
 
Mine does the exact same thing. The recent calls list is inconsistent on my phone - some calls show up, others don't. I have to go to the call log to see an accurate list of all calls. Yet ANOTHER annoying Tbolt bug!!:mad:
 
My sister has a different Android phone, we're both on Verizon, and dad's on AT+T. I thought it might have been because my dad's phone is unlocked but nope, my sister's phone shows him just fine. Definitely a Bad Thing. For now, I just told dad to let the phone ring until voicemail and then he can hang up, since youmail sends me a text message for missed calls.
