My apologies if I've posted this to the wrong group. I'm new to the forum and still learning my way around. If it matters, I'm using Android 2.2.1.
I learned earlier today that I can use Google Voice via the web to manage the contacts on my phone. That's awesome! Google had downloaded hundreds of contacts it picked up from my gmail inbox but I was able to clean those up nicely.
However, I've noticed that the phone number stored for a contact does not appear in the contact when viewed from GV. Anyone know why or what I can do to correct this?
I was afraid that editing a contact in GV, and leaving the phone number empty, would result in losing the phone number in the contact info on the phone. Luckily, this does not happen. But I'd still like to see and maintain the phone numbers for each contact via GV.
Thanks!
