missing time, carrier, etc

For the past month or two, my phone has been acting up. Out of the blue, the clock, carrier signal, data, WiFi (it sits over my weather app) disappears. I usually have to restart to get it all back. Any idea why?

This didn't start happening till recently and now it happens at least once a week. Any help would be appreciated. I've provided a screen shot

Which phone model is this? If you tell us we can move this to a more appropriate forum than Galaxy S6.

We can assume it's not a Samsung Galaxy S6, not yet. What phone have you got, make and model?

Was the phone updated recently? Could be worth trying a factory reset, backup anything important first though.
