For GSM Users! You need to do this!
First: On the app menu (start menu) theres a folder called System & Security, click on it and look for a app called Permissions. Click it and go to where it says ROOT and then clic on Enable Permission manager, a message will show up, just click on OK.
Then you need to install this
apk! Its Root Browser, you need it to edit your build.prop I RECOMMEND being connected to your internet via WIFI so you can download the add on tools that Root Browser has. Just in case! (Download it, and place it in your sdcard then go to File Explorer and look for the apk and install it!)
Now you have TWO options! There both really easy!
1st. Go to Root Browser --> Go to System --> Look for build.prop, click on it (Open with RB Text Editor) --> CAREFULL! Dont change anything you dont know! Now inside the build.prop scroll down and look for ro.telephony.default_network=4 now change =4 to =1 --> Then click on the the floppy disc near the upper right corner to save! And your finished!
Just reboot your phone and enjoy!
2nd. Download
this build.prop and place it in your sdcard! (I recommend placing it in the root of the SD so it can be easier to find.) Then go to Root Browser and go to your sdcard and look for the build.prop file, then click and hold on it until some options appear, then click on COPY then click on the White house on the left upper corner! Then go down to system, then click on PASTE, click on overwrite the file! Then click and hold on the build.prop then click on Permissions and you should have this code: rw-r--r-- (Check on Read: Owner, Group, Others and Write: Owner) Then just reboot your phone and BOOM you bricked your phone!
Nah jk Your finished!
NOTE: If your still having problems with no signal after the reboot, go to recovery and do a wipe data/factory reset , wipe cache , and a wipe dalvik-cache! And your DONE!
