MIUI is not currently fully stable as far as hardware and Cellular Networks go, however we do not have as much support as we do towards MIUI than AOSP. When posting bugs or results of a rom build, post which rom build your using first than your thoughts.
 
we got it booting, but no data connection yet. Ive been digging into another to see id we could fix ot.

With the test build il be working on, il probably strip it of some miui features and throw in the motorola HD launcher so its basic and were not worried about any features, just operation and carrier connections
 
I was pretty sure there was MIUI already in 3 flavors but as you said its on a GB kernal.. With this bein MIUI what benefits would the ICS or JB kernal bring to the table?
 
it able to boot on our phones with ics now installed. previous with the gingerbread kernel, it wont boot once u upgraded to ics.
 
Yet another attempt at Miui and this time with somewat of a good data connection.
A few hot boots here and there so it needs some work yet.
Working data is the most important feature in any rom,if it dont have it,than its useless.

I dont spend much time on it but hoping I make better progress on it.

keep us informed. I am currently on a JB build (black widow) and my base ROM is ICS on the safe side.
 
3rd party links added for download added in OP.

My own build is not currently stable and Im currently induldged in LG Spectrum development as of now for awhile.
 
Also... where is the download in that thread? Not the June / July builds from skiwong via miuiandroid? Those are borked bad.
 
Still doesn't look like its ready unless all you're doing is calls/pics, this is a post from 12/18.

I have successfully booted miui with ss3.05. The only thing that didn't work was data, and none of the fixes I found worked to get data back.
Note that I have a CDMA RAZR, though. Don't know if its the same with gsm.
