FYI: have a standard/no custom ROM for the MK809II
wifi connected perfectly
I have a microusb to usb cable plugged into a powered hub. I have a usb cable/ethernet plugged into this hub. Then ethernet /ethernet plugged into my network.
In setting, when trying to enable the ethernet it refuses to be enabled.
I would have assumed that all the settings would have been picked up from the network - all my other devices do this automatically without any problem
My question is: do I have to enter the following manually - MAC & IP addresses, netmask, gateway, dns1&2, static IP address
Also is the IP address the same as static address?
Where do I obtain these values ?
As you can guess, this is a new area for me but would appreciate your patience and assistance
