Help MKV copy crash

Whenever I try to copy and paste a .mkv video file onto my phone, windows explorer crashes.

Sounds more like a windows error then. Move the file from its folder to another location on pc or USB drive and try to copy it from there. You could also try, airdroid, it lets you send files to your device over your wifi network.

Yep it's a windows issue. You can also try dropbox, but both options are really annoying. Try another PC.
