Hello and welcome to Android Forums!
Without knowing which device you have, it is difficult to try and help you. It's also worth noting that it will likely be quite an involved process sorting your phone out - you will probably be better off signing up and heading the your phone's section of our site (head to Android Phones - Android Forums and search for your phone's sub-forum... in there, other members with the same phone should be able to give you help, advice, tips and tricks.
