i am using the SAMSUNG GLAXY I5503 when i am going for the blance check first it is coming USSD COMPLETED AND MMI COMPLETED is showing but no balance check information is coming back

Handset specific advice is available in sub-forums (I don't recognise your's, but if you scroll down and look through the list on the homepage (http://androidforums.com/), you should be able to find it)

Other users are usually the best to offer handset specific advice! :)

It sounds like you are using an app to check the balance of an account. If it is the account through your carrier with an app specifically to check your minutes/data balance, it might be a good idea to get in touch with them.

I don't recognise the phone... is it a variant on the Galaxy S by Samsung? When I referred to http://androidforums.com/ I meant that you needed to scroll down to the list of handsets to find the subforum for your device.

Sorry if I am sending you in circles, but I was trying to point you in the right direction to find other users of your phone, who may be able to help you out.

Perhaps one of the Guides or Mods will see this thread and may be able to offer better advice? :confused:
