Help MMS Apn

Hi;
Probably been answered but search will not recognize because mms apn is only 3 characters.
Where do I find the settings for mms apn?
I am on prepaid (pcmobile) with no data plan.
I have been sent an sms with address card/ info attached, but can not get to it. When I hit download it says to adjust my mms apn settings.
??? I am stuck, a little help please.

OK , signed up for a data plan temporarily.
I had to configure my phone using
How to configure my Motorola Milestone for the Bell Mobility 4G network
settings.

hmmm!
I must have missed something somewhere, although I can connect with the browser and email on the data plan, I still can not download the mms.
Any ideas on what I missed or have not set up properly?
