Root MMS Database Issues...

This is one of those problems where there's been plenty written about but I still couldn't find a solution... Typical problems short... For some reason I lost all my texts. I was able to extract the mmssms.db file from root browser. Searched around trying to see if I could reintegrate it back, but couldn't.

Tried to mess with the permissions \ attributes \ etc, and nothing. So, is there any app \ program \ way to just reintegrate, relaod, bring back, etc, my text messages into the stock app? Or even another app?

Help, as you might imagine, would be great!

If the text app is using the SQLite database, you can write SQL statements that would bring the text back. Since MMS is basically a web address, it wouldn't do you any good even if you could get them back.

Hmm, so that's to say it pretty much can't be done, they can't be restored? I think through all my searching, the one thing is that you might be able to get them on your PC, look up or restore an individual one, but nothing beyond that.
