Help MMS error

Ive been getting mms pics perfectly fine, i got one today from my girlfriend an it was a triangle with a orange exclamation point in it..instead of the picture. When i saved the pic an opened my gallery i can see that the thumbnail shows the pic perfectly fine, but when i click it the grey triangle pops up an the picture cant be seen...any fix?

sounds like the full size image was refused somewhere in transit and you only received the much abbreviated thumbnail view.

You don't mention which MMS app you are using.

I would suggest that you install 'Go SMS Pro'. You don't have to delete or turn off the MMS app you are using. Just look at your messages with the Go SMS Pro app and see if it can display that message.

However, it might have been mangled in transit, or your MMS app could not accept it.

In that case, you will need to install the new app and have your girlfriend resend the picture and see if it arrives okay.

Before she resends the app, goto Default Apps and temporarily make Go SMS Pro your default MMS app.
