Help MMS errors

No matter what app I use, or which APN I choose, mms does not work. No photos, no videos, just text only comes through. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me? My other phone did the same but it was rooted with cm 10 and there was a fix for it. (phone was the ZTE Avid 4G). Can anyone help? Is it a problem with KitKat, or MetroPCS. I'm sure its a minor issue.

Are you exceeding the multimedia size limit?

Try Textra, wind it down to 1 MB, try sending a picture. If successful, try 2 MB.

Whatever works is the limit.
