Help MMS issues in Textra

Was getting mms retrieval errors in Textra. Switched to system and set mms settings and received a couple messages successfully, but then started getting errors again. Any solutions?

Did you find a solution to your problem? Its probably a textra app bug with the g3. Try a different texting app like qksms to see if it still does it.

I've just gone back to the stock app for now. Will probably reinstall Textra when I get sick of this and hope it's updated.

Hmm, what version are you on?
Currently I'm on version 3.17 and I believe it updated March 16th.
Or is that when you started the MMS retrieval issue? (March 16)

I got the phone on the 12th...The 16th was the first time I got an mms, so I don't have a 'before the problem' period. Don't remember if there was an update around there.

Got this fixed. Had to set MMSC server (with http://) and proxy port. I don't think I had put in the http bit before, assuming it would know to do that.
