I thought I would post a bit of helpful information for people having issues with MMS and who might also use MetroPCS $60/unl BYOP plan. I bought a Family Mobile ZTE ZMAX for a steal deal at $100 about six months ago and had issues with sending and receiving picture messages until now. I used the combination below and my mms works great. This is the ONLY APN setting that actually works for me. Now, if I can only get band 12 in Central Florida. 
Note: I am on a Family Mobile / T-Mobile phone with MetroPCS BYOP sim.
APN: fast.metropcs.com
MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms
APN Type: default,supl,mms
All other settings were blank or default. I do realize this may have been discussed since it's a pretty easy/obvious fix, but not as routine for some.
