MMS issues with custom Roms

Seems I lose the ability to send mms messages on custom Roms. Hadn't really tried until today. Cm Roms and stock modded Roms both will not allow me to send them. I found a possible fix for CM Roms , but haven't tried it yet. Anyone else have these issues and Know of a fix?
 
I can confirm the MMS fix for CM works for CM 10. Any one ever test this on a stock rom? And any chance someone can make a topic about this and sticky it?
 
I am on the stock ROM rooted, never ran into the issue. I would say the issue only shows up when a custom ROM is first installed, and luckily there is MMS fix for that.

Guess I worded that a little wrong. I meant has anyone ran in this issues on a custom rom based off of stock. My backup of rooted stocked works fine.
 
I think some of the problems stem from the roms being made for sprint, in that case you would need to change mmm.sprint to mm.myboostmobile.com in mmsc url, after you dial ##DATA##. you do need your MSL for this fix. IVE also deducted but dont know for sure that some roms will only let you send mms on 4g but if you dont get 4g where you live then thats problems.
