Help MMS issues!!!!

Can anyone help solve my MMS issues.? I have android u8230 and can't get it to send MMS. I can receive them and can send and receive SMS. Tried manually entering network details into APN and my service provider tells me all is OK on their end. What else do I do????

I have the exact same issue.
Can send/receive SMS, Browse Internet but cannot send MMS.
All Optus settings appear to be correct according to Optus (network provider)
