Help MMS Issues

This is quite vague, apologies.

I just tried to send my Mrs an MMS message, went through fine my end, but she says it's the size of a postage stamp and she can't see any detail. She also states it's not the first time it's happened.

I've done the usual, asked her to hit menu, see if there is an option to download, long press the pic to see if that brings up a menu, but no joy.

As I'm not with her, I can't think of anything else to try. It would be a lot easier if she'd told when it happened before so I could have a mess about myself.

Any suggestions? Using the JJ Release 9.

Seems an easy enough fix, but I'll just email her any pics for now.
