Android Question

Note 2 on Sprint, almost a year old, no issues.
Today, I cannot send nor receive MMS. I have rebooted, pulled battery, cleared memory, etc. Phone is NOT rooted, just stock basic set up. I had an 8G micro but pulled that as well.
Only using ^40% of phone storage.
About 2 weeks ago, installed Clean Master app - still installed, was going to remove that next.
All Samsung updates are current.
What else can I check?

Thanks!

Hello there! :)

Well, since MMS is delivered/received via a data connection (I believe) check to see if you can use the internet browser or other app that requires a data connection.

Second thing I would try is to clear the data and cache for your messaging app.

Third thing I would try is a 3rd party app such as Chomp to see if mms can be received/delivered.

Fourth thing perhaps try, and I don't know if this is true or not....connect to your wifi and try to deliver an mms.

Those suggestions come to my mind as of now....others may have a different suggestion or perhaps say mine won't work...but ya never know:)

Oh....could there be a temporary data service issue in your area?

Hope that helps a wee bit :D

Thanks for your question!!
