Root MMS over WiFi

I am using Fresh's ROM for LTE it says it allows for enabling MMS over wifi but I have found that it still disconnects from WiFi and connects to 3G to download. Does anyone know how to enable WiFi download? In the big scheme of things its not a big deal, but would like to have it enabled.

I remember seeing it somewhere as well. We'll need to locate said MOD, and get it posted up. It could come in handy for a lot of folks. :)
