Mms problems please help!!!

I can't send mms message and I read the solution was to reboot the phone but I'm not familiar with technology so how do I do this? Thanks!

Hold the power button down on top of the phone till it asks if you want to turn off. Turn the phone off and back on.

Thanks I did that but I still have the problem can't send mms any suggestions?
