And you tried manual adding the mms settings above? thats the one I manually added, my original mms was the same, except for name:mms and apn type:mms, supl
And since your rooted I dont know if the restore default apns option would work
I used this accept for apn type use mmsmenu-wireless&networks-mobile networks-access point names-menu-reset to default or you can just add a new apn, instead of pressing reset just press add new apn and add the settings my added apn says
Name AT&T APN: WAP.cingular
Proxy: wireless.cingular.com
Port: 80
Username: WAP@CINGULAR.COM
Password: CINGULAR1
Server: leave blank
MMSC: http://mmsc.cingular.com
MMS Proxy: wireless.cingular.com
MMS port: 80
MMS protocol: WAP 2.0
MICC 310
MNC 410
Auth type blank
APN type
How do you set your custom APN once you make it? I've tried discarding the original and everything, there is just no option to set my new one as far as I can find
Uhck, there's so many and it doesn't tell me what any of their settings areYou can't delete the original one that came on the phone. There is an app called apn manager that should let you switch apns if you can't do it from the phone

Sigh. Well did that. Still will not send. But thank you anwaysFor the APN manager you just look for whatever you named the new APN and tap it. That should switch it over to that one instead of the default one that came on the phone
