Help MMS video quality

HI all,
I have had the xpieria x10 for 6 months and the phone has been a definite step from the HTC Tilt. However When I send MMS video captures its pixelated in an awful way. The recipients cant even tell whats going on. Am I missing some settings or is this just indicative of the phone?

If I were you I would close all other apps before you try and do any video capture.

Download Task Manager and run it...close everything.....then try it again. I bet it will be better quality.

Same with speed. Try and connect to a WiFi network and do the video capture that you are talking about and see if that gets a better connection than over 3G. If WiFi works fine and 3G doesn't, then your cell providers 3G speed is the problem.

But I think the pixelazation is probably due to all the apps running in the background.

You will also need to be aware that an MMS has a general standard of being under 100kb in size. If you want a nicer image and higher res video this would limit the length of the video considerably.
