Help MMS wont send

I tried to send a picture twice on go sms pro to my sister.

The first time it said failed due to connection failure but would send when its up, the sending signal stayed on. I turned on 3G as I assume 3G is needed for MMS but it stayed as sending for 2 hours straight, I then aborted it and resent with 3G already on, this time no error and after 5 minutes it stopped as if sent.


However now my sister told me she didnt get the picture, any ideas why?
 
A different rom to before :p

The ROM I was on when sending that picture was stock russia 2.3.6 KPT.

I will retry it now back on my O2 based rom to see if baseband makes a difference. IF it does then how do I use something like CM on this baseband? as CM changes to a foreign baseband.
 
Your baseband only changes when you flash a full package rom via ODIN. A CWM flash of CM does not change the baseband.
 
From a factory reset/full wipe/cache clean and installs cm from CWM or any of the countless roms have NEVER changed my baseband. Only flashing via Odin has done this.
