I have 2 questions.
Is there a way that to compress pictures for mms? WHen I had the Samsung moment it dId it automatically.

2 I can't view some of my mms messages? It says download but it gives me an error.

Crop the picture in "album" prior to sending.

Make sure your mobile internet is on to download mms.

Download and use Handcent or ChompSMS. They will auto resize your pictures when you go to send them.

On question 1, Handcent does this automatically when you send MMS.

On question 2, I've had the unable to view a download issue - but found that it was time to clear the text threads and restart the application.

Grrr, you'd think that the stock SMS/MMS app would do this for you. I actually like the simplicity of the app's interface as it is, and would prefer not having to download one of the others.

Try Handcent. It's free and you won't be sorry, IMO.

So what is your personal preference?

Handcent. Just disable notifications in the stock application and remove the screen shortcut and you'll be set. Quick reply and voice integration are very cool features.
