How to set ringtone from sd card in mmxa110? it is showing only pre installed tunes as ringtones.I want to set a song from my sd card as ringtone. how to do it? Pls help..

Welcome priyatam, glad to have you on the forums

I really do not know that much about your device and we do not have a subforum for it, so i am going to move your post into the Android Lounge where general questions about Android go and hope that someone will be able to answer your question.

However, if i may give some input, the app Ringtone Maker looks everywhere on your device for any MP3 files and you can make them into ringtones for you, therefore, it can find them on your SD card...and it will automatically put them into the Ringtone list on your device!

Try this and see if it works for you -

Make a new folder on your SD Card and name it "ringtones" (no quotes.) Any mp3's you place in there should now show up as selectable ringtones. You may need to reboot to re-scan the SD Card to get them to show up.

Note: The same can be done for "notifications" and "alarms".

Just go to music player, go to playlist and hold your finger on the song which you want to set as ringtone. the option will be availlable for selecting it as a ringtone. try it and let me know.
