I have had two Galaxy s3 phones. Both have a problem with the noise suppression software. When speaking on a call, the recipient often can't hear me. I have to go to the menu and switch the software from "on to off" or visa versa, it doesn't matter, then the recipient can hear me. I've done a soft and hard reboot but the problem persists. I think that apps that I load after the hard reboot may be interfering. Any suggestions?
