Help Mobile data coming on automatically?

I have a friend who purchased this phone recently & the data service comes back on after she has turned the Mobile button off. She is on a limited data plan & last month had a huge bill due to this issue.

Any ideas?

i'd also think about a data counter widget to watch your bandwith instead of waiting for a large bill to show up...

You can also turn on the built in usage limit:

Settings -> More -> Usage

Mobile usage can be automatically shut off at a user defined limit.

The phone and Verizon both have the ability to notify you when you are getting close your limit.
