Help Mobile Data Flickering problem

When I turn my Mobile data on, it stays on H+ for about 3 seconds and then no internet whatsoever is to be seen.
Afterwards, after about 30 seconds, H+ comes back again for 3 seconds, and the cycle continues.

Could be a network service outage. Check with your carrier.

Look in Settings>More Networks and see what it is set to. Without knowing your service provider or type I can't say exactly what it needs to be set on.
