Help Mobile data issue

[Mobile data issue]

There's a popup notification when I turn the mobile data off with a chrckbox that I don't wan't to see this again. I clicked on it, and since that point if I turn on the mobile data and then try to turn off again (on the notification panel) the turning on message shows up again and again and I can not turn it off. What should I do? How to bring back that checkbox thing?

Someone may know, but it would help to know what make and model of phone you have and what android version it is running..

First..can you take a screenshot of the pop up you want to get rid of..secondly..yes, what phone do you have?

I managed to get rid of that pop up, that's the reason i can not turn off the mobile data. On the picture is the pop up what pops up when i try to turn the mobile data off. It wants to turn it on again but its already turned on

In settings there is an option where you choose whish has priority..either wifi or cellular data..I figure you must have the cellular data in first place..if you can get in there I think your problem will be dissolved!

I can not find anything like that but i think this is some kind of bug or something, i wish i could bring back that dont show this again popup :/
