Help Mobile Data not working after 4.3 update.

Hello this morning I updated my Verizon Galaxy S4 to 4.3, immediately after updating I noticed anything that requires data wont work so basically I can only text and call on my phone. Instagram, Pandora, Facebook, Twitter, web pages etc... wont load, I've restarted my phone 3 times to no avail. Also when I connect to wifi it still wont work. I was using the internet before up until the minute I hit the update button so I'm positive its a direct cause of update. I'm beginning to think ,y S4 is a lemon because since I got it in June its just been problem after problem, bug after bug, etc much like the first droid I had..
Has anyone else had this issue and knows how to fix?

Assuming you're not rooted and still have the stock recovery, what I'd suggest is going into Recovery and doing a factory data reset, and reboot. You'll lose any settings you have and you'll have to reinstall any apps, so you might want to back them up with Helium first.

That has worked for a lot of folks with similar issues to yours.

Sorry you're having so many issues with your S4. Mine has been rock solid, and I got it the weekend they came out. But this update is a major PITA for a lot of people, myself included.
