Help Mobile data turning on its own

Hi guys.. my phone is Lenovo vibe P1m model.. quite recently I have discovered that my phone's mobile data turns on on its own. When I checked the APN settings I found that it had a unknown APN in the list written in Chinese and alsocontained the word "cmwap".. Primarily suspecting it to be a malware I deleted the same. But after a while(may be 24 hrs) it came back in the APN list and still manges to turn the data on on its own..
Has anyone had similar issue?
Can someone help?

you must use the APN settings that have been given by your internet service provider, otherwise Android will use the first APN in the list as the default.

now regarding the mobile data turning on automatically, if you are running on Android kitkat and below then this can be caused by an app that you have installed. Go through your app list and uninstall any suspicious apps, VPN apps are usually the suspects, delete them if you have any and check if the problem is resolved.

Furthermore, Try disabling automatic data sync if it is enabled. To do this ;
go to Settings> Data Usage> then press menu button. Select "Restrict Background data " from the menu.

Hey thanks for reaching out.. After what you said I went through the apps that have access to mobile data and found one. I have disabled it. Now it works fine. Thanks again.
