I'm having problems with Metro PCS service after I got it activated at BestBuy.
Today, I went to BestBuy at 2pm, and I bought myself a Samsung Admire (Android phone) and I got it activated by the guy there with the $50 per month card, and he said I was all set up and it should take 2 hours maximum for me to have service. It's been over 7 hours, and I still don't have any service. So I called Metro PCS up and I told the woman what happened and she said she has no record of my name (or my sister's since she payed for it) in the database.
It says that my Mobile Network State is disconnected, and I pulled the battery to reboot and it's still the same.
What should I do?
