I bought a Huawei Y300 about 3 months ago. The setting for "mobile networks" won't open. I have cleaned phone, shut down power and re-started but to no avail. All others open. I cannot send texts because it is not picking up signals - which I know is because of the setting within "mobile networks" Help!

Well, one thought: Tap settings, find mobile networks, tap that, look for "Access Point Names", tap that and see if your provider is there. In my case with my Y300, I have AT&T and it states mvno and is check marked or the "dot" is lit. Thinking your provider is not there and the network will not turn on. Just a thought.
