Mobile pay with Samsung Pay - works at regular card readers!

Acceptable virtually everywhere! If you can swipe a card, you can most likely use Samsung Pay.

Plus over 100k retailers of store branded cards. As well as gift cards and membership cards.

That is sick. That alone might get me to upgrade prematurely!

Does not transmit your card info either, it uses one time codes - fast, safe and secure. August 20th, live in Korea - US Sept 20th.

If you look at the participating companies, you'll notice that Samsung Pay will be available on AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and US Cellular. Glaringly absent is Verizon. And I would not expect Big Red to change its mind and play nice.

Samsung Pay will come for the S6 and S6edge as well as S6edgeplus and Note5. That's it, I believe.

It would be interesting to see if it does come to Australia because they are balking at allowing Apple Pay due to the high Apple middleman fees.
