Help Mobile problem

I have a Samsung GT-S5830i which has developed a problem. It has begun to loop round in the initial startup sequence, but I can neither get it to access any further or to switch off. As I write, it has been doing this for over an hour.

As girolez says, try a battery pull for a minute or two. But would be helpful what happened prior to bootloop. Are you rooted? Did you install anything new or drop the phone? I can't remember if you can wipe cache from stock recovery if you are not rooted, but that's how I often fixed bootloops on Sony after installing a conflicting module so that I could then uninstall the problem.
