If we cover mobile speaker using hand or anything or put tape on speaker then it will damage mobile speaker or any other thing in mobile?

damage the speaker? if you put a hand on it....no. if you put tape the glue could stick to the phone and make it harder to clean it, but it will not damage the speaker.
care to elaborate? cuz it is an odd question.

I mean when we play game our hand block the complete speaker or when we put mobile in tight close pocket of pant or any other dress or if we complete block/cover speaker with our hands?
yeah no worries about that even on a very cheap phone the speaker should be fine.

and it will damage mobile speaker or low the performance of mobile speaker or low the performance of any other thing in mobile?
it would not damage it.......and of course it will lower the performance as the sound will be blocked or muffled.

Lower the performance until i blocked mobile speaker using tape or any other things etc or lower the performance for forever?

but why you would want to tape the speaker or even cover it it up is beyond me.
