Help Mobile stuck in loading screen

My friend dropped his phone 'Lava Iris 402+' and it was working for a while when suddenly his phone switched off.He cant open it now,its just stuck in loading screen.Is it fixable by flashing or its some kind of hardware problem?
When the phone was working after fall it was downloading something on itself and so many weird things were happening.

Honestly,I think the phone's best days are behind it.
Since it's not working anyway,it wouldn't hurt to take it apart & check for the overall integrity of the internal components,see if everything is still intact,connected/etc.....
If so,then I'd say there's not much you can do other that weighing your options regarding the feasibility of repair vs. outright replacement.

Once upon a time my phone was doing the same thing stuck in loading mode..I change the battery and that did the trick..perhaps it could be the battery..if it does something positive I advise to preside with a master reset after that..
