Mobile to PC Video call?

Hey guys. Found lots of threads on mobile to mobile video calling but what I'm interested in is mobile to pc (well, actually, mac.)

Have a Motorola Droid and I'm going to upgrade to the HTC Thunderbolt over the next day or so, and one important feature for me is the ability to video chat from the phone to my girlfriends macbook. Is this doable yet? All the information I can find online is from 2010, and says that skype is developing such a program, as is Yahoo messenger. I cannot find whether these programs are completed yet.

So, can I mobile to pc video chat yet?

I have been searching for the same thing. Just for a pc instead of a mac.
