mobile tracker password

I have samsung gt i9003 and want to sell it. But the buyer wants the tracker password to reset and I also support it as when he will use his sim the tracker will keep on sending sms on my wife's phone.

I do not want to go for factory reset as I have some aps installed where I do not have the apk files.

Is there any remedy to come out of this?

I understand that sometimes there are versions of apps that are no longer available and you might wish to keep the one you have.

I would suggest downloading a file manager like Astro, Super Manager or one of the others that allow you to back up apps.

1. Backup the apps you want to.
2. Off load them to your new device or computer.
3. Factory reset the phone.
4. Profit

A factory reset should take place, because I have difficulty believing that a person would purchase your phone and leave your information on it. I would also guess that you would not like to hand over the device with your info on it as well.
