Hi and welcome
Well, to be able to offer any useful advice we need to know a little more:
What model of note2 is it GT-N7100 7105 or one of the US carrier variants?
What OS was it running, Android 4.1.1, 4.1.2 or 4.3?
Did anything happen (error messages etc) as it went dead.
Have you tried swapping the battery for a charged up one? It could be the battery or the charging port.
Is it still under warranty?
Has it been rooted and if so with what firmware?
Really any information you can give will help with trying to find a solution (if there is one)
