Mobilicity Samsung Galaxy S3 SGH-T999

Hi guys,

I have a question regarding the T999:

I have been told by a Samsung Rep here in Burnaby that the T999 Mobilicity/Wind version is capable to work on all networks Rogers,Telus,fido,Koodo etc. by installing an app which makes the phone work. I was wondering if anyone else has heard of it and knows what the app is called that makes the T999 work with the rest of the carriers
