[Android Question]

This tries to get me to play a game. Takes several dismissals to make it go away. Comes up randomly. What is it?

Its probably the mobogenie market app. You should be able to uninstall it

menu
manage applications
scroll to it
press uninstall

It tries to promote games etc for you to download from its website. AFAIK not malicious.

Hi Roger,
Apologies fotr the guest post - I thought I was logged in.
Can't find anything. I deleted a Mobogenie...apk or similar two days ago and thought I'd fixed it. However I still get this nag and I can't work out what's triggering it. They seem to be very good at hitting on any Google searches with their ads coming up instantly!
When the next one hits me I'll see if I can find out more. Thanks
