There is icon on my phone it is a microphone, and I don't know how to remove it, need some help please..?
 
Why would you want to remove it? It's speech input. IOW, of you want to connect to aol, press the mic, say "aol dot com" and you'll connect without typing. ("Find a gas station" and "what's the temperature" and similar things also work.)
