Root [MOD] - 1/8 - Extended Quick Settings - Unlocked! No Location Icon

As the name implies this is a modded SystemUI.apk that removes the location icon and extended quick settings!

This is my first status bar mod that I did entirely by hand! This will work on most any ROM but be advised if your ROM has more quicksettings you will loose them.

This is geared to those on a stock rooted de-odex'ed ROM such as: [ROM] - 12/28 - Stock Rooted WWE 1.02.605.6

This will work on versions of CleanROM 1.0 to 1.3 and should work on lllboredlll's ROM as well. I did confirm with lllboredlll that this will work on his ROM but you will loose his custom transparencies and will "re-gain" the recent app list.

If you want to use this in your own ROM please do not ask me, its yours to take. I dont require people to ask me to use any portions of any of my work. Thats lame and goes against the entire principals of a community and open source in general.

Will this work on a rooted stock, instead of installing a custom ROM? I can adb push the modified files to the phone, but just wondering if there is anything to consider (such as the lack of Flashlight) when using stock.

No, you need to be de-odexed for this to work.
 
This is over a year old,and was originally made for gingerbread,so I'd venture to guess its a no go on ics. If you want to give it a shot,make sure to make a backup first :)
